A bit about me

I have always liked mathematical logic a lot, mainly because it involves recognizing and understanding patterns.
You could get me to spend hours talking about life, truth and the universe. Philosophical subjects spark a lot of interest in me.
I do not like coffee. I drink it purely out of an interest in staying awake.
I lived in Ireland from the age of 6 to 10.
My goal is to get a little better every day and see how far I can go.
Finally, I love cats. They are fluffy little balls of fur and quite funny.

Bronze, silver and gold medalist at MOBFOG. I took part in the competition in Rio de Janeiro (2015, 2016 and 2017).
Bronze medalist at the International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC), in India (2016).
Participant in the Goiás Sem Fronteiras program (2017).
Admitted to the University of Brasília for Software Engineering (2019).
Master in League of Legends (2022).
Passed the Caixa public service exam (2024).
Strong friendships and love for my family (1999).

Where it all started. I am constantly learning about several areas of software engineering: elicitation, design, construction, testing, maintenance, development processes and management, among others.
I went through many important and fun projects, but the one I enjoyed the most was the Atlas de Oportunidades, in partnership with UFRGS and MIT. It was my first contact with a real project and where I actually started putting into practice what I was learning.
I took an active part in LATITUDE, a lab at UnB dedicated to developing and maintaining government systems, working on projects for the AGU.

Independently, I worked as a freelancer for Bento on two projects: PREVENIT (hospital management) and SIGE (school management).
Bento is a nice guy and acted directly as the stakeholder for the projects.

It is where I work today, and this place deserved a The Greatest Place To Work badge.
A company built on strong, long friendships, practically a family. This is where I learned the most, and not only professionally: mostly personally.
It has been more than 2 years at the company. I joined through Easy Academy, a training program offered to interns, in which I took several courses paid for by Easy.
After being hired, I worked a few months as a developer and moved to the algorithms and AI area on a recommendation from Sílvio, my manager and also the inspiration to start this mini blog.
